The phone settles a booking faster than an email thread ever does. Any day of the week, between 8am and 7pm, somebody picks up. Most jobs get their figure inside that call: handover cleans from £156, a bedroom carpet at £36, a single oven at £77, housework at £23 per cleaner an hour. Leave a request on the site and somebody rings back inside the hour, during those same hours.

If nobody picks up
An extraction machine drowns out a ringtone. That is almost always the explanation. Leave a postcode and one line about the job. Somebody rings back that same day.
What we need to know before quoting
- Bedrooms, the date the keys go back if this is a move out, and whether the floors and the oven are joining the visit.
- The block name and flat number if you are in one of the managed schemes. That decides whether a loading bay and a goods lift need booking, and how far ahead.
- Whether your front door comes off the towpath at Brentford Lock. It changes how the kit arrives, and it adds time to the slot rather than money to the bill.
- Which side of the Great West Road you are on. Boston Manor Road and Syon Lane are the only crossings and both queue, so it decides what time is realistic.
- For carpets: the rooms, how many stair flights, and whether the two front rooms were ever knocked into one.
- The oven type, so single, double, 90cm range or two oven AGA, plus whether a hob and an extractor are going on with it.
- How often you want housework, roughly how long, and the number of bathrooms in daily use. Bathrooms set the length of a visit here, more than the bedroom count does, because of the water.
Hours
| Days | Line open | Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Weekdays | 8am to 7pm | Standard |
| Saturdays | 8am to 7pm | Standard |
| Sundays | 8am to 7pm | Standard |
One rate covers the lot. A Sunday teatime job bills as a Wednesday morning job. Saturdays go first here, because that is when most TW8 check outs land, so allow a few days where the date matters more than the time of day.
How the kit gets in
Everything we bring comes in on foot from wherever we stop, so the distance from the kerb to your front door matters. In the schemes along the Great West Road and the canal the answer is a concierge desk, a loading bay slot and a goods lift window, all arranged in advance and all handled at our end once we know the building. On the towpath terraces at Brentford Lock the kit comes along the water on a trolley. In the older terraces off Boston Manor Road and Clifden Road it is an ordinary kerbside job.
Three things that shift a start time
Matchdays first. A home fixture at the Gtech shuts the roads round Lionel Road and Kew Bridge for about three hours, so the fixture list gets checked against your postcode before anything is confirmed at that end of TW8. Second, the two crossings of the Great West Road, which stop moving between roughly half seven and nine. Third, lift diaries in the managed blocks, where a Saturday slot is the building’s decision rather than ours. None of the three touches what you pay.
The figures, briefly
Handovers band on size, £156 through £207, £243 and £339 up to £425 at four bedrooms, with the oven and the floors billed apart. Floors: a bedroom £36, a living room £43, a through lounge £61, each stair flight £41, a rug £35 or £51. Appliances: a hob £23, an extractor £28, a single oven £77, a double £110, and a 90cm range or the two oven AGA £143. Housework sits at £23 an hour weekly, £24 fortnightly, per cleaner, and ironing at £12 an hour goes on top. Team deep cleans span £186 to £498. Upholstery is per piece, opening at £13. A £67 floor applies to one off bookings. All of it is on the prices page, and the thinking behind it on the services page.
Paying
Pay by card or by bank transfer. Visa, Mastercard and Amex all go through. Households on the weekly round usually pay monthly by transfer, and landlords and agents take an invoice.
Where we go
TW8 first. Then Isleworth in TW7 and Chiswick in W4, both Hounslow with us. Over the bridge to Kew in TW9 on the Richmond side, up beyond the Great West Road to Osterley, and north over the canal to Hanwell in W7 and Ealing in W5. The areas page lays it out properly. Ring anyway if you sit slightly outside the round, because the van is often a good deal nearer than a map suggests.
If a check-out goes wrong
Same number, inside 48 hours of a move out clean, and whatever the clerk marked down gets redone at no charge. The rules on cancelling, on permits and on liability live in our terms. The privacy policy covers what we do with the details you give us, and the about page describes the firm.
