This page sets out how we handle your personal information when you ask us about cleaning in Brentford.
The information we collect
When you fill in the quote form or ring us we collect your name, phone number, the property postcode, and optionally your email address and any notes you give us about the job. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
What it is used for
It lets us price the job, arrange the visit and contact you about the booking. Our lawful basis is that this is needed to take the steps you asked for before a contract, and after that our legitimate interest in carrying out the work.
Keeping your details
We delete enquiries that never become bookings after 12 months, and keep records of completed work for six years in case they are needed for tax or a dispute.
Who has access
The office and the cleaners assigned to your job. Your details are never sold or handed to marketing firms. The website is hosted by a third-party provider, and form submissions are passed securely to our booking system.

Your rights over your data
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 8077 4255 and we will deal with it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
